I believe that each cake should reflect the individualities of the bride and groom. Some are traditional, while others push the boundaries. I would like to help you discover your perfect cake. We all know that presentation is very important, but taste is the key. As a pastry chef I ensure the highest of quality and a taste that is out of this world. I use Italian butter creams, the richest of chocolates, and the freshest of fruits. I am sure you will taste the difference.
- What size cake will I need?
You will need what is called a "wedding or reception slice". The standard serving for a wedding cake is a 1x2x4" slice. Cake can be made of a different flavor in each tier although I highly recommend only two flavors, more than two can be overwhelming for your guest palate.
-What is your basic price wedding cake price?
Starts at $4 per serving and includes: almond/vanilla Frosting and almond/vanilla frosting filling. Other fillings flavors are available for an additional charge (c.45 per serving). While several designs are available at these prices (basic pipings & 2D small fondant details), more detailed decoration may incur an additional cost.
-I specialize in custom designed cakes meant to dazzle and delight your guests, from both an artistic and culinary standpoint. Because every one of my cakes is custom designed, pricing is highly variable. The best way to get pricing information for your wedding is to call/text or email me and discuss your ideas.
- How far in advance do I need to place my order?
For weddings please order 1 to 6 months prior to your date. I will book a year in advance.
- What are my payment options?
A $100 non-refundable deposit will put you on my calendar. Full balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Please ask me for my payment plan options.
-Do I have to buy the cake stand, pillar or plates for my cake?
If you are interested in renting a cake stand, pillars or plates please let me know and I would be happy to show you the models I have available. The rental fee is $45 p/day. A refundable return deposit of $100 is required. ALL rentals MUST be return the day after your event before 12pm. If not returned the next day and before 12pm you will lose the deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Do you Delivery?
Highly recommended for cakes over 3 tiers. Delivery charge is $50 between 20 miles range, over 20 miles will be charge $2 per mile.
- Do you provide fresh real flowers?
My prices don’t include fresh flowers. You will need to order your flowers through your florist. You get the best price that way, and you are sure the flowers will match with the hall decorations.
-How far in advance should I schedule my tasting?
All of my tasting cakes are baked to order, so I require a minimum of 3 days notice for all tasting appointments. If you’re wondering if it’s too early to start thinking about a cake, it probably isn’t! Because all of my cakes are custom designed, I prefer to have plenty of time to flush out a design and leave room in case changes are needed. Six months before your wedding is a good guideline, but keep in mind that I get booked in advance, especially during wedding season.
- What is your tasting and consultation fee?
A $20.00 tasting cost non-refundable is required that must be paid 3 days prior to your appointment (couple's price, for more people additional $5 per person, please let me know in advance, maximum 3 people).
-Can I taste more than two flavors?
Because I bake and fill my tasting cakes to order, I have to limit your selections to two flavors for the same fee. Tasting two flavors will give you a good idea of the quality and sophistication of my products, and more than two can be overwhelming for the palate. With that said, if you still desire to taste more than two flavors, I will happily bake them for you at a charge of $3 per cake and $2 per filling.

Do you offer any pastries for those with special dietary restrictions?
Unfortunately, I do not offer any sugar-free, gluten-free, nut or egg less cakes. I strongly believe in using the highest quality ingredients available, which include real eggs, real butter and real sugar. I apologize that I cannot accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. I do understand the severity of allergies, so I must inform you that I do use products (chocolate, flour, etc) that may have been manufactured around nut products. My cakes are made using shared equipment that also processes nuts and gluten. I do not have a dedicated allergic-free kitchen. If you or a love one has severe allergies, I would commend contacting a bakery with a dedicated gluten-free or nut free kitchen. You should notify your guest of the risk of possible allergic reactions. I am not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.
- What is a "Kitchen Cake"?
Is a rectangle "half sheet" cake, it is called "Kitchen Cake" instead of sheet cake because they are the same height as a tier of wedding cake - approx 4" tall. These are NOT a single layer sheet cake. Double Layer Sheet Cakes with NO Decoration is a less expensive way to add servings of cake for your wedding. These "Kitchen Cakes" are held in the kitchen area, then cut and served along with your wedding cake, basic price $2 per serving, servings per kitchen cake = 54.
- What is your refund policy?
I am NOT responsible for the cake or ANY damage occurs to the cake once it has left my store, or has been set up by me at the venue, I will give you instructions of how to transport the cake, but I am not responsible if not follow. NO EXCEPTIONS.
